Not just because the 9 course tasting menu give you a breath of flavours and textures that will make your palate tremble and your mind and add soul happy. But the clear passion trasmissione from the chef and staff. We did start our meal in the amazing kitchen, making some of the canapés guided by the chef. Meat bark, fake olives... The dishes on the table one more inspiring then 6 the other. All served and explained by the chef proprietary .... His passion for anything restaurant is clear as he did most of our 9 bottles wine service... The cheese trolley if you are a lover is complete and explained at the side table. Overall amazing experience.
