Plated! 23 dishes, 19 steps, 11 wines, 4 hours.. and would have followed 4 hours more!How many stars deserve a place like this? one for the site, a renovated vi... read more Plated! 23 dishes, 19 steps, 11 wines, 4 hours.. and would have followed 4 hours more!How many stars deserve a place like this? one for the site, a renovated village house with a unique drop makes the atmosphere cozy but at the same time elegant. another one for the service, at all times attentive, cordial and above all friendly, was like eating at the house of friends, impeccable! another for the sommelier, we have chosen the pairing of the long menu and the truth we have been very surprised, by the quantity and variety of wines, by the surprises that we have taken us, so well that the food was accompanied and by the superlative that has been ismael, really no good! I have gone to many style restaurants and this is the first one where the chef is part of the experience. not only has he prepared an exceptional menu that we will remember for a long time, which is worth more than one star and certainly the money spent, but he has also been present during all experience, explaining the dishes, helping the service and being attentive at all times to the guests being a goo, admirable! Finally another star because, despite the money invested, I stay with the desire to repeat it again tomorrow. bravo!

We take the trasmallo menu that was a delight for the senses, original and exquisite in preparation and presentation (we appreciate many hours of work and reflection after each dish.) and the atmosphere is very cozy...As at home. thanks house solla, we will repeat safe.
