How dare we call this thing that was served to us today a cordon bleu? Only 25% of the breadcrumbs were fried... The rest of the breadcrumbs were still mushy... Supposedly the most miserable cordon bleu I have ever had on my plate in the last 40 years. I hope that was an exception. How dare we call this thing that was served to us today a cordon bleu? Only 25% of the breadcrumbs were fried... The rest of the breadcrumbs were still mushy... Supposedly the most miserable cordon bleu I have ever had on my plate in the last 40 years. I hope that was an exception. In such a situation, the Migros restaurant should show greatness and not hesitate to remove unsuccessful dishes from the menu of the day. This would avoid disgruntled customers and unpleasant comments of this kind. On good terms.
