Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings - Feedback

What Fran doesn't like about Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings:
This Zaxby's was not as good as the one on Sandy Plains Rd. The people at the window was not as friendly and my salad was kind of brown it was beginning to be old I guess, I had to pick some of it out! I went through and read a lot of the reviews... I don't get why so many people have had such opposite experiences. I for one had a great experience both times I ate there. I think it's obvious that any public restaurant is going to have something wrong with it time to time. Some of you might just be the few who had to experience a bad day.
