This wing stop takes online pickup orders, but when you show up to pick up your food; they?ll likely be closed and you?ll be out of the money you spent on their expensive wings. My mother and i visited thislocation on 7/1/2022, and they accepted our order and payment, but the location was closed and all of the lights were off whenwe went to get our food. Other customers also arrived at this location at the same time as us to the same disappointment. Wecontacted another location in search of answers, and when the employees contacted their district manager (was told his name isCharles) he did not answer, and we gave our information and were told ?i hope he gets back to you.? We also contacted corporateand have not heard anything due to it being the weekend, but our order was over $50, and we never received a single item.

I tried to give this location a few attempts due to the location, but the customer service is terrible and some of the staff at this location look very unprofessional. The entrance door is constantly opened with a chair because the ventilation system does not work and the entire restaurant smells like fat. I visited yesterday for the last time because I received my order incorrectly and was overloaded by the manager Precious, I was told that I would have to wait for my refund that did not automatically return to my card. Precious tried to make a picture of the receipt and write it to the company. This is totally unacceptable and unethical to try to use unfair practices like this on a Wing Stop! Please do better with attitude and training staff who want to work. Please stop hiring someone at this point. This was the worst experience I have experienced since the establishment of the franchise! Throw away the whole damn restaurant and start over completely! This restaurant must in any case be examined by the Health and Sanitation Board as well as all other illegal practices related to customer credit and debit card information. This visit took place on 5/2/22.

Even after telling Wingstop well done my wings were still soft and not crispy and fried longer. Very disappointing, this is my 2nd time trying them and it will not be a 3rd. Flavor was awesome I got mild and garlic parm, the ranch is the BEST but they not frying them wings long enough! Customer service is awesome to, I'll still stop by and buy ranch.
