I was there this weekend on Sunday and the gentleman working the line was on it. Had a line of 50+ military members lined up and he was able to get their orders and their sandwiches bagged extremely fast. Good to see good work ethic in fast food. View all feedback.

Placing an order take to long. The staff is very slow and not enough staff to help during lunch hours.

Horrible!!! Poor service . 1 person preparing food display look days old food uncovered and server preparing and handle your food with out a care. NEVER AGAIN!
They need more than 1 person working when it is lunch time. Plus making 1 sub at a time when you have 5 people waiting is too slow.
I’m absolutely just as disgusted in the service I received from the workers AND manager as I was in my FOOD. I was inconvenienced TWO days in a row with ROCK HARD bread that I did NOT get toasted. I tipped the worker and requested for no receipt. I pulled off and took a bite of my sandwich immediately biting into the hardened bread. I call them and let them know I can not turn around or come back. The manager gives me a call, he was EXTREMELY RUDE. He requested for me to bring the sandwich back. Which is an inconvenience for me to keep these sandwiches in my car and tote them around JUST TO BE THROWN AWAY UPON ARRIVAL. I go to that subway all the time and always tip. Although never getting the greatest of service. Asking for everyone’s name I spoke with. NO ONE would give me their name. The manager cut me off and was as rude as they get. I would like corporate to handle this situation accordingly. This is not how you treat RETURNING guest. I’m disgusted in the behavior that was given to me along with the animal like treatment and attitude. This place gets a 0 star rating and I will continue to go the extent this situation deserves to be at. HIGHLY UNSATISFIED. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!
