friendly staff and they have a drive through. Cafe is nice since they got a remodel! lots of seating and outlets.Store hours are shortened and posted on the window, but not updated online. Paid for a grande but was shorted beverage. Maybe they're short staffed because of the pandemic. View all feedback.

this is my way to the location, as they often get my order right. I really don’t know what happens to them / their ingredients this morning, but my pumpkin spice latte tasted like “MOLD” yes I said it in a way! I waited over 30 minutes in line and would have just walked in, but I had my baby in the car. The only options available were the low putensandwich and the veggie sandwich. There was no manager present, so I decided to leave and go somewhere else. The management has been lacking lately, with poorly trained employees and inefficient operations.
The service at this restaurant seems to be lacking. This morning, I placed a mobile order just 10 minutes before picking it up, but when I arrived, it took a while for anyone to acknowledge me. When I finally told the barista my name, she informed me that they were out of ice and I would have to wait for someone to bring some. Since I was on my way to work and didn’t have time to wait, I asked about my drink (which I needed for my office). She shrugged and said, "Okay, but there’s no ice." There was no apology or alternative solution offered. However, my coffee was great—after a 10-minute wait for the ice to be added!
Gio is great not sure if he works there anymore but my drinks turned out right. I feel like every time I go there everyone makes it different. Not a fan of that. I got a Matcha iced latte and I think more than half of the cup was filled with milk which is absolutely disgusting. I would suggest writing down how to make drinks for a new employees. Also not the first time this is happened
I had 30 minutes left to place my order through DoorDash, and it seemed like they thought they could just send me whatever they wanted. I spent $36 on this order. Whether I was there in person or not, they should have done better. To top it off, I don’t even drink milk, which just made things worse.
