They always get my order correct... read more The staff at this restaurant is consistently friendly, which is a breath of fresh air compared to other places I have been to. They always get my order correct and it is served promptly as well. There was one time when they ran out of large cups, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive extra whipped cream on my drink that day.

They were knowledgeable... read more When you visit Dieucks, this is the place to be. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they even personalized my cup with my name on it! They were knowledgeable about the drinks and made all three of our orders perfectly. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as plenty of parking. The interior is adorned with unique wall paintings, and they were even open on the 4th of July.

I was unable to reach anyone by phone, so I can only provide this description. The staff lacked urgency and were not friendly or accommodating. It was a disappointing experience overall.

I asked for light ice like always d... read more I had a long early trip yesterday and decided to get some caffeine. Went to our nearest Starbucks and got the large (venti). I asked for light ice like always do since too much ice hurts my teeth as it become too cold. This was beyond ridiculous. There was more ice than normal AND less drink than normal. Like I understand the measurements for the drinks are set so if you get less ice you get less drink but I paid extra for what appears extra ice and less drink. The picture below is after I took about 3 sips of my drink.
