Contribute Feedback What Garrett Bailey likes about Starbucks:
I was in and out within 2 minutes with a perfectly crafted beverage. I do need to say that it makes no sense that a staff can be this friendly, customer focused, AND attractive across the board. It was like getting a coffee from a Chick-Fil-et staffed exclusively by models. View all feedback.
What Jan Be doesn't like about Starbucks:
Not terrible but gets my order wrong about 30% of the time. Who dafuq is going to drive all the way back after a 25 minute wait in line? Coffee is usually scalding hot so can't taste until later. Fail. View all feedback.
Slowest starbucks i?ve ever been to I was waiting in line for at least 30 minutes and there was something in my drink
There's usually at least a 5-10 minute wait for the drive thru, inside ordering can be hit or miss as far as there being a line. The staff is friendly, and the drink quality is pretty consistent.
I put in a mobile order and arrive to find my sandwich and croissant were ready and my drink was not. I informed the young man behind the counter of this and he says we are behind on mobile orders, there 's a line . AS HE TURNS HIS BACK TO ME he adds: Thank you for your patience. 1) I realize they maybe short staffed but it only takes seconds to pour a cup of coffee. 2) apparently my sandwich had been ready for some time as it was cold when i finally got my coffee. So why wasn 't the order completed to start with? 3) I noticed baristas behind the counter doing NOTHING while I was waiting. That 's what led me to ask about the incomplete order in the first place! On another note, I identified the manager and she was polite, apologized and walked to the end of the counter and poured my coffee in seconds. Kudos to her. I hope she counsels and retrains the rude and dismissive bearded young man, who thinks turning his back to customers while speaking is appropriate. NOT A GOOD LOOK AT ALL!
I usually frequent the one off of Powers Ferry road Terrill Mill, just because they're always so consistent with the drinks I order. I sometimes come to this location when I'm closer, but consistency is not that great. Today I mobile ordered in a tall blonde caramel macchiato w/oatmilk. I never order talls since I like to have a good amount of coffee but I'm currently pregnant I need to watch the caffeine sugar. When I first picked up the drink, it felt pretty light. I honestly thought it was just because of the size of the cup and that I wasn't used to holding a smaller version. I said thanks, walked out, drove off. I let my coffee cool down while I get home. I got home, and something told me to open the drink before I took a sip. Guys. The cup was barely half full. I understand the macchiato has milk foam, but how is it possible that you guys think it is ok to give a cup that's mostly foam? Nearly $6 for a half filled tall macchiato. It's ridiculous. A grande and a venti macchiato aren't half milkfoam, so why should a tall have that much?
This Starbucks location is incredibly slow, and about 80% of the time, they get my order wrong. Unfortunately, it's the closest one to me, so I make sure to check everything before I leave. They are very nice, it just seems that it's very unorganized and chaotic in there.
