I placed an order for take out through their app. The app adds a tip without asking you. Good thing I caught it because I would have had 0 intention of tipping after the staff gave me the wrong order. Somehow, they didn't notice the person's name on the actual food item in giant bold letters didn't match the customer name in giant bold letters on the receipt.Came back and the staff had put my order in a fridge and just found it and gave it to me. Guess my chicken was now nicely cold if it were ever even warm.You screwed up an order, remake it. I didn't pay $20 for a salad that's been sitting around in a fridge. You inconvenienced a customer by making them drive all the way back to get the right order, give them a gift card or something to demonstrate that you realize that you screwed up. Hell, you have our phone number on the receipt. The staff had realized they had messed up but didn't bother to call? Why do you have phone numbers then?

They have a huge selection to choose from for your salad or wrap. There were some interesting lemonade choices on tap, which was fun. Reasonable prices. The salad was tasty and large enough that I got two meals out of it.Food: 5/5

We came in on a Sunday evening right before closing and the line was to the door. Even though there were only two gentlemen working, they executed the line flawlessly getting every patron what they needed while also fulfilling to go orders. They were extremely professional and personable, even under the extreme pressure. It poured down raining by the time they closed but we were able to get what we needed and enjoy our meals without feeling rushed. Amazing salads as always, and even better customer service from the two gentlemen working tonight.

I lost my Salata virginity today and it was worth it! The lemon vinaigrette dressing was perfection! I will go back when I’m in the area. If you want a fresh salad to go at a reasonable price; I suggest you go there. My total was $11.55 with tax included.

We ordered three steak salads the other night to go. They were about $20 each, and we left a nice tip, so the total came to $73. When we got the order home, we found the following: only two of the salads had steak on them. One had no steak. The steak on the two salads was raw, not rare, RAW. There was only 1 croissant; we should have received three for three salads. There were only two dressings included. I don't think we'll order from them again.
