This is undoubtedly the best Brazilian food we've ever had! They serve excellent food in a friendly and clean atmosphere. Although there was a slight language barrier since I’m not fluent in Spanish, the staff was incredibly accommodating and helped us understand how everything worked. We will definitely be returning for more! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Rio Steakhouse And Bakery:
It's about what you should expect for a $21 Brazilian steakhouse. Some of the meat was full of fat and chewy, some of it was amazing. Very poor English by staff but they are very nice. View all feedback.
Fair price for the amount of food. they could update tables on smooth top for better cleaning. many left remnants in the cracks that do not appeal to me very when the tables are outdated and not to clean. especially with a pandemic to hand. but no deal breaker. the dessert should be included with the buffet price I think.
DELICIOUS GRILL My wife is Brazilian and she felt like she was back home. Very clean and quick service! I ordered a caipirinha and it was “gostoso”! Some of the buffet food I didn’t care for, specifically the potato salad and stroganoff, but they nailed the Picanha! If you’re going mainly for the meat you won’t be disappointed. The buffet line and the dessert are not super impressive. I was pretty surprised they didn’t have any pão de queijo.
Completely authentic Brazilian restaurant experience. Most everyone in the place was speaking Portuguese, and the food was fantastic. The only complaint was that the staff didn't have great English skills, but otherwise it was a fantastic place. I'd go back again.
It is my second time at this steakhouse. I love the selection of meats. They’ve got various cuts of beef, chicken, pork. And they also have a wide range of baked goods. Love the flan here. The concept is the same as other Brazilian steakhouses- you have a salad bar area with side dishes with rice, beans, veggies, salad, fried plantains. Unlike other reviews here, I think the salad area is pretty generous considering how much you pay for all this food. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that unlike other Brazilian steakhouses, the carvers do not come to the table. They have a carver station that you came and choose the meats you want. It would be helpful if employees would communicate that to customers. Not everyone knows how it works. I am Brazilian and is my second time here, but none of my visits I was informed how it works or helped by anyone. I had to call a waiter to get something to drink. They have plenty of people working there but they are just hanging out. All in all it was great. I went on a Friday and the price for weekdays is $18.99 for all you can eat meat and side dishes. It is a steal!! Keep it up the great work
Great food, very good price, affordable but worse service I had ever experience. They have like 20 people who work there out on the floor but none of them speak English, it was extremely awkward ordering anything over there. We sat in silence for like 10 minutes waiting for a waiter. Our waiter English was terrible and he was quiet, I couldn’t hear anything from him, I had to read his lips to understand anything. He even got annoyed when we couldn’t understand him and he walked away! No one refilled our drinks, I could understand this lack of communication if we were in Brazil but no. Edit:we complained to the manager which we rarely ever do, she said it’s a common problem they have and gave us a $20 gift card. They really need to work on this because this restaurant has the potential to be truly great. I understand most customers are Brazilian but maybe reduce the staff to half because i see way too many waiters standing near the door doing nothing, when we stepped inside the restaurant at first, no one handled us. Maybe have half Brazilian and half American speaking employees. It almost seems like the interview process consisted of the following questions “are you Brazilian, yes or no” if answered “yes”, then you’re hired!
