The waitress without a name tag and wearing short shorts by the window was incredibly impolite. I understand that she may be the only one working, but there is no excuse for treating paying customers poorly. I had driven 30 miles just to dine at this restaurant, only to have my time wasted by their lack of hospitality and customer service. I was in a hurry to lunch today and I was looking for a baldie king, but planet smoothie took place. I ordered a vanilla low fat smooth and discussed the options with the girl in the window and we agreed a smooth one. Unfortunately, it was 90% strawberry. I complained and she said that vanille was incredible. I threw it out.
The strawberry colada is always so good they never miss??! The employees are always so entergetic!
Second time ordering ahead. Both times they had no idea and we had to wait. In addition, after they found the order it was incorrect initially and worst of all the peanut butter smoothie was melted and didn’t taste like anything
We go here often and the smoothies and bowls are yummy. Customer Service is always friendly.
