I've eaten here twice in just one week! On my second visit, the lady at the register was incredibly nice! It was her excellent customer service that brought me back. What User doesn't like about Otter's Chicken:
Where do I begin...Should I start with how the the black styrofoam container they put the food in was not only shedding on the bag it was placed in but on my food as well (see picture below)! Or the fact that the pamphlet reads that EVERYTHING is made to order yet my fries were lukewarm as well as my Texas toast. This restaurant offers overpriced chicken served by a group of high school seniors. You're not missing out on anything special here.

Will not patronize this business again. staff was inattentive and more interested in having a conversation directly over my food while it was sitting in the window. I waited 30 minutes for COLD food. calling my experience subpar would an understatement. deserves zero stars.
I love supporting small business, especially with great staff. Whenever I come in and sit at the bar, the staff is always friendly. The food is great. And it's decently priced. They serve beer and always have sports on. It's a great place to relax after work. Thanx to all the great staff.
