I normally don?t leave bad reviews, but in this case I felt I had to. The food (I ordered burritos deluxe without tomato) was mediocre and there was a long wait time for every little thing despite the place being a ghost town. There was a table of servers one booth over from us discussing their personal lives in a loud and obnoxious manner. No one greeted us or said goodbye to us, no hospitality whatsoever. Our server was extremely rude, ignored us, didn?t respond to questions, and never checked on us despite passing our table numerous times. We had a toddler with us who spilled a drink, and she actively avoided us avoided eye contact, passed and saw the mess but kept walking and when she finally came over she handed us a stack of roughly 10 napkins to clean an entire sticky table. She then disappeared for about 20 minutes. We asked another waiter for a damp rag in her absence and he mostly cleaned the table but was also very reserved and unfriendly. I wouldn?t go back if someone paid me to. If you value your time, please try one of the many other excellent restraints in the area.

This was my first visit to this restaurant. As soon as we were seated, we received chips and salsa, which were just okay. We ordered chicken fajitas and pollo chipotle. The chicken fajitas were good, and the rice and sauce served with the pollo chipotle were tasty as well. However, the chicken in the pollo chipotle was extremely burnt. With every bite, I was left with a charred, unpleasant aftertaste. I initially thought it might be just a small part that was overcooked, but the entire piece served to me was burnt. After a few bites, I felt reluctant to send it back, so I ended up leaving it untouched. If the chicken had been cooked properly, it could have been a great dish, but unfortunately, my experience wasn't the best. I would rate the food 2 stars and the service 1 star.

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, enjoying quick service and delicious Mexican cuisine. The fresh, bottomless salsa and chips were a real treat. They offer both sweet and unsweet tea, catering to different tastes. The Laredos cheese dip paired with fajitas—available with or without jalapeños—is outstanding; I could eat it by the spoonful! The sopa de pollo served in both large and extra-large bowls is truly comforting. The fish tacos are also top-notch. The restaurant is clean, including the bathrooms, which is always a plus. Highly recommend!

Salsa was fantastic, and the Margarita (Gulf of Mexico) was superb. The homemade pico and flour tortillas were excellent as well. However, the steak burrito was quite disappointing—more like dog food than an actual burrito. My wife enjoyed her meal, but overall, this experience was a significant letdown. Additionally, the service outside was really poor, especially for a Saturday.

One of my favorite Mexican restaurants of all time. I go every chance I get. The food is consistent, the service is lighting fast and the staff is friendly. There is not much more you can ask for.
