Don’t expect to substitute sides when using coupons either; even if you dislike coleslaw, you’re stuck with it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone anymore.

The food was excellent, and the fries were hot and delicious, although those who are monitoring their salt intake might find them slightly under-seasoned. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept.

After a long 10-h... read more To make things even worse, we were overcharged and informed that the drink wasn't included, despite it being clearly listed in the menu image. After a long 10-hour workday, I was hoping to enjoy my meal, not sort out a $3 mistake. We waited in line for over 20 minutes, only to be served cold chicken, and the mashed potatoes had a chemical taste and were entirely inedible. The mac and cheese was sticky, and the biscuit was rock hard. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
