The drive-thru was void of cars, and there were only two vehicles in the parking lot at 4:00 in the afternoon. We understood immediately why it was like that, so we decided to leave and go to Crystal's next door instead. We won’t be returning and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save your time!

I only toler... read more I completely understand that delays are to be expected these days, but a 5-minute wait at the drive-thru just to speak to someone feels a bit much. I only tolerate the wait because the classic chicken sandwiches are simply the best and always freshly made. Definitely worth the wait!

To top it off, there wa... read more The person taking our order laughed at us, which was very unprofessional. Our bag was missing two gravies, leaving everything quite dry. To top it off, there was a biscuit with a bite taken out of it! For $35, we were incredibly disappointed, especially since we couldn’t even eat the chicken. We worked hard for this meal only to be treated this way. I recommend staying away from this place!
