Dunkin' - Marietta

My previous review was not so good. However, over the last few months there has been great improvement!! Better service and better coffee. Their donuts also taste fresh most of the time, which is a delight. Prince (I think he's the manager or shift leader) is absolutely amazing. His level of customer service is unmatched. Very attentive and wants to make sure you are satisfied. He needs a promotion or raise!!!!

Great customer service and when I say quick? Faster than any dunkn I?ve ever been too. Thanks for making my day!! Avocado toast was hot, fresh, and delicious ???? my Chai tea latte was less than a half a cup but it?s okay I never have time to drink the whole thing anyway lol. Thank again will be back for sure.

The worse DD I visited! Waited in line way too long, get to the window they didn't have what I ordered, I ordered something else and they were terrible, worse glazed donuts I've ever had. This location is close to my home and convenient but I won't be going back! Terrible, no one seemed to know what they were doing either. I've gotten better donuts at the gas station.

I just tried to get a plain bagel with cream cheese and the manager or lead shift, was already cleaning the machines at 7:35 and they don’t close till 9, after tried to get my refund which I paid in cash and my card and I didn’t even get my full refund back I just got a dollar back and I said where is the rest, he says I put the rest on your card and i never received the rest it was just a 1.50$.

Bagels are hard as a rock. No manager should allow this to be served to a customer. Lack of quality control. Management is aware and so is district manager. Feedback is a gift. At some point you should listen to it. Throw away hard bagels and do not serve them.
