Very busy location and good customer service. Good fresh coffee and good choices of donuts. However, my wife wanted an old fashioned cake donut and they didn't have it.

Love it, but you have to go early for better selection.

Don't go in unless you are able to hear the young lady at the register who isn?t speaking loud enough to compensate for her terrible mask and the plexi glass barrier. They put too much cream in their coffee so don't go here unless your are ok with explaining to employee's how to do their job. Go out of your way to get your coffee at the canton rd location, they are very good at what they do. Being inside the store was very uncomfortable as the employees have no respect for eachother and promote a hostile work environment. They forgot to make my bacon egg and cheese bagel and only began to make it when, who may of been the shift lead, asked me why I was still there. They then proceeded to give me a over proofed bagel sandwich. Any regulars here definitely missing out. I cant even bite into the sandwich its so stale. Drink wasn't too terrible and they got it to me fast.

So I say I want a breakfast combo then you go and charge me everything separately to make my ticket more. Yes I got a large iced coffee but I told the little boy with the millennial mullet I wanted a combo. You told me $6.66 at the first stop then it's $7.71 At the window? Come on now! Getting stars because the food is still good but don't have him lie to me when I asked why my ticket went up and he says its because the coffee when I heard your manager tell you to add the hash browns!
