My first thought was just another average Mexican restaurant. Food changed my mind quickly. The meat actually had wonderful flavor, and each ingredient tasted fresh. Our server wax new but did a great job with a smile on her face. These things matter!Food: 5/5 View all feedback.
What Willard Glover doesn't like about Cielo Blue Mexican Grill And Cantina:
Hurts to rate this one, as initially the experience was amazing. In fact, some of the best I have had. Unfortunately, the service isnt aligned and the customer experience falters greatly here since. The last two servers seemed very inexperienced, or at least as if first day. Simple things were overlooked and just overall, not pleasant or comfortable. Delicious! I stopped in for a laid-back lunch, and my server, Santiago, was fantastic. I ordered the shrimp tacos, along with rice, beans, a margarita, fresh handmade guacamole, and queso. You definitely won't be disappointed. The atmosphere is very relaxed, and the food is excellent!
We recently dined at this restaurant and were impressed by the service, which was quite good. The food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable.
I hate to give this restaurant a low rating because my initial experience was fantastic—one of the best I’ve had. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match, and the overall customer experience has significantly declined since then. The last two servers seemed quite inexperienced, almost as if it were their first day. Simple tasks were overlooked, making the experience unpleasant and uncomfortable. For instance, we waited a long time to be greeted, to receive water, and to get answers to basic questions. There were awkward moments regarding our needs at the table, like asking for sauces. Additionally, being asked if we wanted an appetizer while we were having post-dinner drinks was puzzling. The food was outstanding, but the service is in desperate need of improvement. Dining out has become too expensive to accept this kind of experience.
Family and I had decided to try some place new especially since it was so close to home. I have to say I was somewhat disappointed because I had ordered what I thought was street tacos but they used flour tortillas. I had to request some spicy salsa because salsa that was served with chips had no flavor. I wanted something with more flavor to use on tacos. The atmosphere is nice but the food is not that great. As for costumer service our waiter was friendly but not very attentive. I do not think we will be visiting again.
Very disappointed...chips brought out to table tasted greasy and maybe old..salsa was great, put that on my overpriced taco salad, Smaller portion than other mex rest. The unsweet tea had a slight aftertaste on sweet. Both of us agreed...good why to screw a diabetic. First and last time eating there..sorry for honesty.
