What Jadon Kihn doesn't like about Burger King:
I’m sorry but “go ahead with your order and it’s that all” seems a bit unfriendly, I wish people when more professional but maybe they don’t get paid enough, I know they don’t care but I won’t be going there again View all feedback.
As we placed our food order through the BK app today around 3:14pm est, my wife noticed that as our order was being placed, the manager dropped one of the chicken fries from our order on the floor and picked it up and placed it back in the grease fryers. My wife called out this action immediately as she witnessed it from a table near the front of rhe store, and the manager ignored her plea. We went up to the register and the manager denied doing it initially at first, secondly, then asked if we want to have another order made?In the midst of this, my wife noticed he was slyly trying to hide all the receipts in the table as she warned him that she was calling corporate on this so we could not find the store number. Thirdly, then he blamed us for not telling him “not do it“ before he was caught. His “exact words you should have told me before I did it.” He finally became indifferent towards us and said we could get a refund through the app, and said he could do “whatever he wanted.” Unfortunately, I never got the store managers name, but afterwards, I had a one on one conversation with him on the importance of customer service in this world of people and the negative limited trajectory that it will have on his or anyones career if they do choose to continue like this. I have worked in fast food early in my career and understand the changes of working on the public. Nevertheless, hope he at least learned from this experience, but wanted to share for others to be aware of this incident for reference.

When we set our food order by the bk app today at 15:14 o'clock, my wife noticed that, as our order was placed, the manager dropped one of the chicken-fried ones from our order on the floor and picked them up and put them in the fat friteuse. my wife called out this action immediately when she had seen her from a table near the load, and the manager ignored her please. we went to the register and the manager refused first, second, then asked if we wanted another job? in the middle of it my wife noticed that he lyly tried to hide all taken in the table when she warned him that they would do on this so that we do not find the memory. third, then he gave us the blame for not telling him “not do it” before he was caught. his “exact words that they should tell me before I did.” he finally became indifferent to us and said we could get a refund through the app and said he could do what he wanted. unfortunately I never got the name of the branch manager, but after that I had one on a conversation with him about the meaning of the customer service in this world of people and the negative limited trajectory that it will have on its or every career if they choose so on. I worked early in my career in almost food and understood the challenges of working together with the public. Nevertheless he hopes to learn from this experience, but also to share for others to be aware of this incident for reference.
BK used to be my favorite stop. Now it's my favorite place to pass by. Good job Bk... you completely turned a fan into a boycotter. I'm done. No more of my money.
