I am grateful to live near one of the few Boston Market locations in Georgia. This restaurant consistently provides excellent service and serves fresh, high-quality food. It is definitely underrated. View all feedback.
What Dominique Prosacco doesn't like about Boston Market:
I’ve never eaten here and after my experience at the register I never will. Boston Market partnered with T-Mobile for a promo, yet Boston Market refused to accept coupon at register. Maybe it’s for the best, as their lack of customers foreshadowed a bad food experience. View all feedback.
I came here today and let me say that it was the worst experience of all time. there were only 2 persons working in the front (only). the line was long. one of the girls who worked, had braided and was rude and she was talking on their PERSONAL phone while they repair food. when the time had come to order me, no one was in the cash. another hired stood where they repaired her and picked up my order there. I asked for 2 a 3 piece dark meal. she fixes it and I haven't paid yet. After she gave me my food, she rings me. when I come home, I only have a piece of dark meat huh on every order 2 page you me extra for. first online, it says a 3 piece dark meal is $8.99 she has calculated me $7.99 for a 1 piece (which I did not order). So now not only my 2 meal times are wrong, but she didn't load me properly! I tried to call, but obviously the phone is separated. I will publish this on Google reviews. very disappointed and does not want to return to this place. the girl with the braids is not only for me, but for the others as it was!

Went to this location today, Thanksgiving, as we wanted to have a nice meal for Thanksgiving. When we got there, there was a line to the cashier, and nobody walking in front of the food buffet picking out their meal like there usually is. When I walked over to one of the employees putting food orders together and asked why people weren't ordering as usual, he looked at me stone faced and told me I had to get in line. After I told him we were in line, he reluctantly told me this was the way it was set up today. When we finally reached the cashier, we were told there was basically only one choice for Thanksgiving dinner, with a couple of choices within those parameters, take it or leave it. We were okay with this and ordered. We had decided to eat there as we had our one year old who needed to eat soon. The dining room was, in a word, gross. The floor was sticky, the drink machine was dirty, and the table we were going to sit at was wobbly and dirty. Our food was ready quickly, and after we got it and were wiping down our table ourselves, a female employee walked into the dining area and told us, along with a dozen other people already eating, that we weren't allowed to eat in the store and had to leave and eat somewhere else. This, despite no sign on the front door telling us the dining area was closed and nothing from the cashier. When we got home, part of the order was wrong and the gravy that was supposed to be on the side wasn't there. I've never been in a Boston Market and been treated like this. It was clear the employees didn't want to be there and acted like it. While I will give Boston Market another chance, I will never buy another cent worth of food at this location. FAIL all around.
Uber eats order. Combo chicken and meat loaf. They did not provide my utensils or napkins, drink was not delivered either. Food was cold, Mac&cheese tasted like it was Kraft brand out of a box. Roasted potatoes were really cold and raw. Meatloaf tasted as usual and chicken was dry as dirt. Definitely not a good experience and partly the reason I very rarely do uber eats. These delivery orders should all be double checked prior to delivery being picked up. Steam tables for the sides obviously are not temp every hour to Health department guidelines.
Made my order online at 7:45pm. Pick up time said 8:17pm. I arrived at 8:09pm. The rude staff acknowledged my arrival. I came back in at 8:17pm. They ignored me. Finally one lady asked who is that? The man at register said My name. After being ignored for another 16min with no other customers in the store, including customers that arrived and placed orders after me, I finally got food. Shame what has happened to the Bostom Marjet brand.
