We slept here one night on our hike along the ridge path. We received a very warm welcome and although the restaurant is officially only open on weekends, there is of course something to eat for pension guests every day if they want to. We got incredibly delicious schnitzel with fried potatoes in the evening and a classic breakfast with extra rolls in the morning, so that we also had provisions for the upcoming hike.... What Tino Bellmann doesn't like about Gaststätte Schwarzwassertal:
After a hike of about 8.5 kilometers, we unfortunately found out that the restaurant is only open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays during the summer holidays and in the middle of the holiday season. Since you cannot use the telephone or the internet in the Schwarzwassertal, there was no way to (spontaneously) find out about the opening times during the hike. We were pensioners for one night and already in the early afternoon on site. Although the inn has opened only on weekends, we as house guests have received our liquid reward and could sit outside in the sun. For dinner we had the choice of classic dishes and the food was super delicious. The hostess is warm and relaxed and the room is super cozy Rooms: 5
