However, the rice was undercooked; it was starchy and hard. I'm not sure if it was old or if they simply forgot to cook it longer.

We've never noticed the... read more We are big fans of Panda Express! We usually place an order from there about once a week, often using delivery services like Uber Eats. We've never noticed the food sitting around for long before it gets eaten. Everything is consistently fresh, hot, and available whenever we want it throughout the day. We really appreciate the service, the staff, and the entire experience every time we order from them.
