Online... read more Came in personally to order 2-kids meals for my kiddos. They told me the chips were for online orders only for customers who possibly might odder online. Online orders take priority. I?m literally there in person, paying in person and can?t get chipsfor my kids with their meals because someone might order online who needs them. Customer service has died! Manager wouldn?tgive the chips to my kids. The chips that are included in the kids meal. This is the messed up! Will never go here again.Walked out!

He went back in and asked just for a little bowl of extra meat which would have been like idk maybe $5 and a side of cheesewould of been like $8 for everything, not over $13, we are not impressed at all and frankly probably won?t be going back.

The staff at this location is great, and you have to give them some slack on the weekend because they are understaffed to handle the rush butstill manage to do it the best they can. Never had any problem with the food and I love their lemonades.

I was just about to give up on Chipotle because the last couple times I had went there in The Phoenix Scottsdale area, it seems like the portions were small, an... read more I was just about to give up on Chipotle because the last couple times I had went there in The Phoenix Scottsdale area, it seems like the portions were small, and the last time I ordered online to pick it up they didn't even have record of my paid fororder, and because I ordered it right before leaving work, the receipt was on my work computer that I did not have with me.However, just moved to the city of Maricopa and decided I would try Chipotle out here and I'm so glad I did! The portion you getis huge and the food is great!

I observed the cashier ma... read more Great food with good service! I was 4th in line to order and was served quick. I ordered a Chicken Rice Bowl and it was made to order. I observed the cashier making small talk with a young child ahead of me. It brought a smile to the child as well as theparent. The Chicken Rice Bowl was hot, fresh, tasty! The portion was large and filling. I observed a customer accidentallydropping a glass bottle and shattering all over the floor. An employee ensured that it was cleaned up quickly and made thecustomer feel better about the accident. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing a tasty bite to eat with greatservice!
