I really appreciated that they've maintained the original Maricopa decor, which gives it a charming country vibe. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The food portions are generous, making it easy to share. Everything had great flavor, although there was quite a bit of cheese. In terms of pricing, you definitely get a lot of food for your money. Additionally, the tables feature local business cards, showcasing their support for community companies.

The pancakes were delightful, and the crispy edges were exactly what I love! I highly recommend this place for breakfast and authentic Mexican food. It's a wonderful local restaurant.
