Dunkin' - Maricopa

I have ordered here a few times and used the app to order ahead aswell. The service is usually fairly fast and Cesar is a particularly polite and friendly employee I have encountered on several occasions. One incident there was some confusion on which wrap we were ordering and he made sure to make it right for us.

I waited for 10 minutes in the drive through just to be told the 3 coffee flavors I wanted they were out of and the munchies I wanted they were out of. No matter what day or time u go to this location they are ALWAYS out of something and don't order online bc the website won't say this location is out of the items u ordered until u go pick up ur order.

This places has to have the worst service, They always so rude when I'm spending money. I paid 20 bucks for a dozen of donuts and half were smashed looks like someone took there fingers and smashed them even had finger print marks. All my kids wanted was a donut we were very polite to the workers and they were still rude to us.Food: 1/5

Early flight and my SO brought us donuts from there. I thought the one I had was stale. Was not soft or fresh. Disappointed. Of course they don’t make them on sight, so can’t expect much.

They give good donuts but the dude that makes the donuts liek leaves at 12:00 so you cant get your donuts in the afternoon and its a pretty bad experience and they throw out hte perfectly good donuts at the end of the day lol ?️?️Food: 5/5
