Even though my order was repeated back correctly and printed accurately on the receipt, they still manage to get it wrong. It's frustrating to have this happen multiple times, especially given their menu.

I've been back several times... read more Dunkin' used to have some of the best coffee in the country, but about three months ago, they stopped serving hot hazelnut coffee. I've been back several times hoping it was just a temporary issue, but unfortunately, it hasn't changed. They also frequently run out of jelly and glazed doughnuts. It perplexes me why they don't order or make more if there's clearly a demand. Additionally, when they first opened in Maricopa City about three years ago, I was disappointed by their lack of effort to assist Deaf customers. It seemed like they quickly abandoned that initiative. Just my two cents.

The donu... read more I ordered a large assortment of 16 items from Dunkin' for my family, but it took over 45 minutes for our order to arrive, and three items were missing. The donuts lacked freshness, tasting like they were made a day or two earlier. The breakfast sandwiches were made with stale croissants and were served cold. The wraps were tough and also cold. The staff was unfriendly. We will never return to this Dunkin' location. We've had multiple disappointing experiences since it opened, hoping for improvement, but nothing has changed. This place seriously needs new ownership and management.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but it feels like it happens every time I come here. Additionally, the staff often seem quite rude to everyone.

I thought that’s what they were famous for, along with their coffee. It definitely caught me off guard!
