While the employees put in a lot of effort, they struggle to keep up with customer demands, resulting in errors and delays. Additionally, there have been multiple instances of espresso machine outages that take weeks to fix.

I ordered a toasted everything bagel with... read more I hadn't visited Dunkin' in years, and this experience reminded me why. This location was particularly disappointing. I ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and jelly, but they only gave me a toasted plain bagel with nothing on it, and it took a very long time to receive. My wife ordered a plain bagel with butter and cream cheese, specifically asking for it not to be toasted, yet it arrived toasted and without any butter or cream cheese, even though we were charged for those items.
