The coffee drinks are delightful, and I really enjoy the jelly! Definitely check out their rewards system.
The management is lacking, and the place seems understaffed. While the employees put in a lot of effort, they struggle to keep up with customer demands, resulting in errors and delays. Additionally, there have been multiple instances of espresso machine outages that take weeks to fix.
I had an excellent experience at Dunkin'. The cook, Lisa, treated my wife and me with great respect and warmly welcomed us. Her thoughtful recommendations from the menu were greatly appreciated. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!
I hadn't visited Dunkin' in years, and this experience reminded me why. This location was particularly disappointing. I ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and jelly, but they only gave me a toasted plain bagel with nothing on it, and it took a very long time to receive. My wife ordered a plain bagel with butter and cream cheese, specifically asking for it not to be toasted, yet it arrived toasted and without any butter or cream cheese, even though we were charged for those items.
If you're staying at the hotel and want to grab a coffee from Dunkin', be prepared to wait around 45 minutes. Yes, 45 minutes just to have a pre-made drink poured into a cup. The Dunkin' menu may offer many options, but the service speed definitely leaves much to be desired.
