This KFC delivers hit-or-miss visits: drive-thru and dine-in are available, but frequent system outages, inventory shortages and poor supervision cause long waits, wrong orders and uneven food quality — dry chicken and stale biscuits contrasted with hot fries and freshly cooked wings. Me and wife go there all the time food always fresh and customer service is great I guess it?s the night shift not professional at all we pulled up they outside smoking didn?t take our order at the intercom or anything how fast they rushed in and ranned tothe window it?s no way no hands was being washed
I was the only one in the dinning room. Waited a good 10 min before I got my order taken. There was 2 employees and a manager in the office.. when I did order I ordered 4 price meal and 6 chicken wings Buffalo. It took another 10 to 15 minutes to get myorder.. the employees where very polite and helpful, without leadership. When I got home and took the food out of the bag, thewings were actually tossed in BBQ and not Buffalo. The chicken I got with 4 piece look like it was from lunch, I order at 5pm. Iate the skin but the chicken under it was so dry and and had shriveled up to almost none was there on the bone. The skin wasgood but only because of the 11 herbs and spices. The biscuit was hard as a brick. The only good things were the fries were hotand the wings were hot. They had to cook those when I ordered. This location needs help, and I don't think it was the hourlyemployees it seems to be lack of supervision. I probably will not revisit this location for a while.
One word to sum up this KFC? SKETCHY! In fact, there are many words that could capture just how bad this place is. They're always running out of everything. When I went through the drive-thru, a staff member came out to let me know that their system needed to reboot, which would take a while. There's always some kind of issue going on there. The parking lot was completely deserted (I’m not even sure where the employees parked). It feels suspicious, almost as if they might be involved in something illegal. It's an awful KFC. All I wanted was some of that original herbs and spices recipe! What a letdown!
The staff were unfriendly. I stood at the order counter for 10 minutes, and the three employees I could see showed no interest in taking my order. Since I was the only one waiting, it was obvious they didn't want my business. I don't know who owns this place, but I can guarantee that I won't be spending my money here again. I left and went to another restaurant that truly values its customers. I won't be coming back. You get 1 star because there was no option to give zero.
We went to the KFC in Marianna yesterday, and we had a wonderful experience, all thanks to Cody! The food was great, and Cody made sure we were well looked after. It's evident that he takes pride in his job and truly cares about his customers. Thank you, Cody, for your exceptional service!
