Taco Bell - Margate

This is by far the worst Taco Bell location! I strongly recommend avoiding it at all costs. Here’s an update: I went to pick up food for my son, who wanted nacho fries and a hard taco. I noticed a confusing sign, so I mentioned it to an employee who assured me they would address it. When I got home, my son’s order was incorrect, so I went back to get the right one. The sign was still there, and it wasn’t busy at all. The taco I received was soft and falling apart, so I ended up throwing it away. I'm not sure what they’re doing to the meat to make it so watery, but it’s just disgusting! I will not be returning. I waited in the drive-thru for 37 minutes for just three tacos—how ridiculous is that? The food was terrible and incredibly soggy. I also got a crunch wrap, which had no crunch at all; the hard shell was just a mushy mess.

Absolutely terrible customer service!! It's clear that the management doesn't care about what's happening here. An hour and a half after opening, both the dining room and drive-thru were waiting for food, yet no one was answering. They eventually informed us that they had no food available at all.

The morning staff at this restaurant is truly the friendliest I've encountered! Every visit, I'm greeted by cheerful and professional service. The food is excellent too. This is my favorite spot for breakfast. Thank you, ladies!

The manager and the franchise owners should be ashamed of this location. The last 20 reviews are awful- it's a sign. Taco's half empty, 20 minutes to get our order when there were only 3 other customers in the restaurant. Very slow, employees walking around like they had nothing to do. It was a small order. It's no wonder the 1 star reviews are almost as much as the 5.

This. Is. The. BEST. Location in the country. Staff is quick and friendly, the food is always done proper. I really mean it. I drive past 3 locations to go here because this stores entire staff nails it. Reignited my passion for the brand and made a true regular out of me <3
