I moved to the area a year ago and started doing this dunkin? My rule. I'm usually here M-FRI on the way to work. Customer service here is top-notch, Vaughn especially is such a treasure. He goes out of his way to welcome every customer, asks how her day goes and has such an entertainment energy. The food and coffee is always perfect and if it is not, correct it on site. What User doesn't like about Dunkin':
They said they hadn't been drinking coffee and refused to grant a refund for my order. Finally, they found the cocoa coffee in a wrong cabinet, but then no employee knew how to make it. I was told that no manager is available to deal with my concerns. View all feedback.
I liked this Dunkin location as they are one that follows exposure laws about shut downs... And the food here I liked better then other locations... They do things the way I'm use to instead of new white breads that I wonder could make me sick from creaminess......white bread isn't Cheyenne it's federalism by level of warfare so a lot is refined and has additives and preservatives that make me feel speed poisoned... Like nestle claiming the minerals in its bottled water aren't aspirin and it's aspirin... The staff is friendly in a Freudian way so it's dreamy....
So they close at 9pm but I get there at 6:30pm and the television is off and no donuts on display. I literally have to guess what donuts are available. Not greeted at door or even acknowledged. Im literally only coming in because Starbucks doesn't have dine in options anymore during this pandemic.
Extremely rude staff, it?s my second time here and both experiences have been awful. Asked for an iced latte and got my order wrong 2 times, so the manager (really nice lady) had to step in and help with my order for the third time because the girl at the register had a horrible attitude. Hire people that actually want to work and give good customer service..
Usually I let this Dunkin? slide when getting my order incorrect because they?re close to my home and I usually only get donuts for my toddler. Well today, my entire order was incorrect and the employees were careless. We ordered 1/2 dozen donuts (2 of which should?ve been vanilla sprinkled) and (3) extra charged coffees with milk and 1 sugar. The individual taking my order repeated it to me 2x and I confirmed. Only to get to the drive-thru window to discover they got the coffees wrong and added full cream and sugar. After requesting the change to my coffees (3rd time now), I get my 1/2 dozen donuts to find (2) which were suppose to be vanilla frosted with sprinkles, replaced with blueberry donuts. When informing the girl at the window the donuts were incorrect, she proceeds to tell me that they don?t have anymore of the vanilla sprinkle and hands me the coffees. So, you don?t have anymore of the kind I requested and proceed to give me anything you see fit before running it by me to see if there might another we?d prefer? None the less, the box was covered in some sticky brown substance that got all over my truck. Long story short, we ended up leaving DD with no vanilla sprinkle donuts and I had an extremely inconsolable toddler to deal with. This has to be the worst Dunkin? experience I?ve had and I?m not sure how this location continues to operate.
I moved to the area a year ago and started visiting this Dunkin' regularly. I usually stop by Monday through Friday on my way to work. The customer service here is outstanding, especially from Vaughn, who is a real gem. He goes out of his way to greet every customer, asks how their day is going, and brings such a positive energy. The food and coffee are always spot on, and if there's ever an issue, they fix it right away. I really love this Dunkin', and the manager should be very proud of the team!
