When he... read more When I go there in the morning at 4:00am, most of the time when the usual young man is there, service is great. He promptly takes my order at 4 o'clock. When he's not there and the manager is there, good luck. The last time I was there I waited at the speaker til past 4. I had to pull up and knock on the window. The manager tells me they don't open til 4, then just walks away, leaving me sitting at the window instead of taking my order. I had to leave so I wouldn't be late for work. I call that poor management. I hope they retrain or change management. Maybe then the place would be run properly.

I came back... read more More training is needed at this location. Idk if your workers just don?t care or are high but almost everytime I order from here they get it wrong. I came back in hopes it was just coincidence but I?m guessing it?s not based on these reviews. Ordered awhite chocolate peppermint mocha, hot. They said the steamer wasn?t working so I got it iced. What I received was a regularmocha, no peppermint with what tasted like burnt or day old espresso. Very disappointing!
