This Dunkin Donuts location really needs to hire a new team or provide better training. I visited a couple of times, and my refreshers were prepared incorrectly. If you don't have the flavors I order, just let me know instead of substituting with water instead of lemonade. I won't be coming back until they start making the drinks properly!
They need more staff than just rude high school kids, it?s pretty sad. they mess up my order at least once a week, charge you more than what?s listed on the menu as well. : Don?t recommend.
There appeared to be only one girl working in the store. She was very nice but if I hadn't checked my order before I left, I would have received the wrong donut. I asked for a Bavarian Cream filled chocolate donut. She had given me the wrong donut.
Extremely disappointed in this location. Consistently out of stock on items and broken machines. Today was out of: Apple fritter, Coffee Roll, bagels, and croissants. Got my order wrong. Put 6 donut in a bag. Forgot to give me part of theorder. Rude attitude Not a good experience
More training is needed at this location. Idk if your workers just don?t care or are high but almost everytime I order from here they get it wrong. I came back in hopes it was just coincidence but I?m guessing it?s not based on these reviews. Ordered awhite chocolate peppermint mocha, hot. They said the steamer wasn?t working so I got it iced. What I received was a regularmocha, no peppermint with what tasted like burnt or day old espresso. Very disappointing!
