Beautiful place in a perfect location. Close to the airport and all the Orlando attractions. The parking is not free and there was no alert of that until we pulled into the lot. $15/day is not bad but would have liked to know that before arriving. View all feedback.
What bobby doesn't like about Sheraton Suites Orlando Airport:
Nice hotel, comfy beds and a very friendly staff. Starbucks coffee available in the morning is a nice bonus to have as well. Cable TV is very bad; a lot of the channels freeze glitch up, some don’t come in at all. This has happened on more than 1 visit about 10 months apart, so this wasn’t just a One time thing. Parking is small and will fill up leaving you to park at a different hotel. You have to pay for parking up... View all feedback.
Hotel near the airport which had the advantage of having a swimming pool but the unpleasant surprise of having an unheated swimming pool and the icing on the cake paid parking even for customers. Either we’ll take the Hilton next door next time…
Whatever you do, do not book at this hotel if you are air traveling. Our flight home from London was entirely cancelled (family of three), AA rebooked us for departure three days later. This hotel would not rebook our overnight arrival room nor provide a refund. Air travel changes are completely out of the guest’s control and should be expected by an *airport* hotel.
Second time staying here and definitely not the last one. Staff is great, rooms are clean, hotel location is super convenient. Room cleaning was impeccable, Rosaura did a great job with it
Where do I began. I came here on a couples trip with my husband. Stayed here last weekend for my birthday. Upon checking in we didn’t get the run done on the breakfast hours or pool times. Our room price included the breakfast buffet. We weren’t given breakfast vouchers upon check in either. Didn’t find out till right before we set down for breakfast. We were racially profiled by hotel staff person, John. We watched two Caucasian males grab breakfast and weren’t asked for their breakfast vouchers. Only we were asked as well as another black female that was there. John stopped us before we could sit down to let us know how much breakfast was $17.99 per person like we didn’t see the sign that was there. No apology was given from the front desk staff not doing their job upon check in. So my husband walked over to the front desk received the vouchers he didn’t get at first. Gave them to John then we sat down to eat our now cold breakfast. Later that evening we asked a tall staff person which way to enter the pool. Got in maybe 2-4 minutes only to find out from someone that wasn’t swimming anymore. “Someone pooped in the pool” her exact words were you might wanna get out someone pooped in there”. She was a hotel guest and staff was aware of this problem. That same guy came and said “we’re about to close the pool” didn’t tell us why it was only around 8pm. Even though we were told the pool closed at 10pm. Lastly the next morning before checking out someone from house keeping just walked in our room. It wasn’t even close to checkout time it was 9:16am. Checkout is at 12pm. I left several messages with Sophia, Luis, and Daniel the first shift supervisor. I never received a call at all from the general manager Lena. All this crazy stuff makes me wonder about the company in a whole. Like this isn’t ok. Nothing was done to accommodate the actions we faced while staying at this hotel. The only reason we stayed here is because the hotel had a shuttle and I can stay here through my job at a discounted rate. I won’t spend another dime coming here ever again! Thx for ruining my experience at the Sheraton customer service is a big fat Zero!!! The room and shuttle service is why I rated 2 stars. Because had it not been for that it wouldn’t have any. All this company cares about is money. And before anyone decides to say you gave me a discount. Sweetie I already get discounted stays no matter where I go. Our second night was only $128 they price matched because they wanted the money. That wasn’t a discount to me. I shouldn’t have had to pay for the second night at all. Because of the experience we had on our first night here. Not to mention it took Luis an hour just to get us checked in. I could have booked on my own for the same damn price.
Only stayed one night courtesy of BA as they cancelled our flight and couldn't get us on another one until the next day. But staff were friendly and helpful, food was excellent, kids enjoyed the pool. Only reason for the 4 star location is it's an airport hotel, so not exactly a tourist destination.
