When we arrived there howeve... read more I made a reservation on OpenTable, to make a return visit, where a few years before, we had experienced the Ultimate Fish Sandwich. When we arrived there however, inspite of our Open table reservation, we found that food service stopped at 4:00. To say that we were disappointed would be an understatement! Susan, the bartender/server- went to tell the manager, Kevin Kremer, who went into action to try to get us a reservation at a restaurant in the adjacent hotel. Susan went in the kitchen and found the Chef, Brian Love and told him the story. Chef Love said it would take him a few minutes to restart the kitchen, but he would be happy to cook for us! CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE BEST!!!!! The sandwich did not disappoint! Blackened Grouper on a toasted and buttered, house made bun, lettuce, tomato and roumalade! Perfection! An amazing sandwich and exemplary customer service!!!!
