The baristas are often kind and helpful. I will say that this location is not the cleanest. Saw baby roach on the counter where you pay. It was very clean once it was renovated but not anymore. View all feedback.
Employees are rude. Act like customer is there for them not the other way around.

They always make my matcha with love and care : I add a lot to my drink but they never forget any of it, which I have that problem with at other Starbucks locations. The employees here are awesome.
