After waiting for 15 minutes, I found out that they didn't even have half of the items in stock! The drive-through is cramped due to a small median, leaving you no choice but to remain in line and feel dissatisfied.

She was enthusiastic about taking my order, and I could practically see her smile through the speaker! Her exceptional customer service deserves recognition—Dunkin, give her a raise! She was not only quick but also incredibly kind!

I decided to go inside to avoid the wait... read more I visited in the morning and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the service was, despite the long drive-thru line. I decided to go inside to avoid the wait, and I received my order of a dozen assorted donuts along with a box of coffee in the time it took for them to process just two more orders. In fact, they brought out the assorted donuts just as I finished paying, and they only took a little longer to prepare my coffee fresh. Everyone in the shop was friendly and helpful, and the service remained fast even while they were training a new employee. By the time I left, the drive-thru line had vanished, and I walked out with a smile on my face.

Plus hash browns were cold and hard, drink was not good. What happened? Usually you guys are pretty good at getting my order right.
