This is a great maccas and has fast service and clear and helpful staff, I have not come late and found the ice-cream machine cleaning like every other place and when i am slow to order im not rushed but helped and had great service in drive-thru as it is my main place to order :) View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about McDonalds Mareeba:
The place is a McDonald's so I already dont expect too much, the staff are alright and the food is aswell, they often make mistakes however and fail to inform customers that something isn't avaliable until after you order. Better than Atherton McDonald's View all feedback.
The service was good and the coffee was excellent as usual. The McDonald's location is a bit dull in terms of atmosphere, but it is clean.
Terrible. Place needs a clean. Only 2 self serve kiosks. Wouldn’t accept an order from the app. All round disappointing. Won’t be back. Better burgers around town
Called in for lunch. Staff pleasant food cold cup of tea also cold. Won't be going to this outlet again.
My partner his father and i went here as it was the only place left serving food at 9:45pm yesterday. my chips were cold and there was hardly any sauce in my sundae. after i’d finished i looked down to the floor to see a baby cockroach on the floor. i loundly exclaimed it several times while looking over to the staff but they were either deaf or dumb because not one of them heard me and they were deep in conversation. never coming back 0/10 would recommend
Food has always been good . have had a few mistakes over the visits , but manger lady is rude and has a know it all attitude (more then 3 times). other then her the staff are always friendly , toilets always tidy and food always fresh.
