As newbies to the tablelands we are so happy to have found 'Baba curry Mareeba '. We English LOVE our curries and this place is certainly an amazing find! The food is FAB, and Ben, the young man that runs the front of house, is exceptional! What Blaze Lemke dislikes about Baba Curry:
This did not live us to expectations. The lamb korma was quite good. The rice dish was over cooked. The garlic naan was good Burt the fruit one was tuff. We did take away and our wait time was 30 minutes which was reasonable and the young man that served us very good View all feedback.
I personally don't eat curry beacause I don't like it but the onion bhaji is lovely. My mum, dad, sister and nana rave about how much they like the food from here and when we have takeout it's my mum and sisters first go to place. The boy who works at the counter on a Friday night is very friendly and helpful and so are the other staff. Keep it up!
The prawn madras was delicious, as was the lamb vindaloo, solid garlic naan too. Good sized portions and good service. Thanks
This amazing small restaurant offers high-quality Indian cuisine. I ordered the prawn vindaloo and absolutely loved the delicious flavor they had created! The dining experience was excellent, with very friendly and attentive service. Make sure to give them a try!

We have eaten numerous meals at Baba Curry over the last few weeks and every time the curries are first class, I would highly recommend this place, looking forward to my next curry!
