What enricoallievi dislikes about Garsun:
This is a Ladin restaurant, with no menu to choose from , just their specialties starting from a good barsley soup, a half moon shaped ravioli not too impressive, and followed by a good roasted pork shank , then desserts, first some fritters followed by strudel, A lot of things, really fairly priced and served by a lady with long experience and a smiley approach. Not only a great Ladin lunch but a very positive experience thanks to the courtesy and care of the 84-year-old heirloom that for 50 years has run with his daughter, this Ladin tavern where everything is big and done in the house or km 0 from the farms around. Fixed menu at €27 from appetizer to desserts. coffee and wine excluded. It's just a little snoop.
I think I've never eaten so well. booking required. you eat on a fixed menu, all at the same time, but the quality is amazing.
A beautiful experience! the true Ladin cuisine with the addition of wonderful and affectionate people that make the dinner unforgettable last night! enriched by the owner's stories, satiated and delighted by a fixed menu complete with unforgettable flavors and experience! thank you so much you can not miss the opportunity to try!
I have been a loyal customer of this tavern for many years. I always return gladly, great for those who are looking for the true Ladin flavors. great food, excellent quality and friendly and attentive service.

Make a reservation! Family run osteria with fixed menu. The food was delicious and plentiful. We had barley soup, ravioli, pork shank with baked potatoes, fried dough with jams, apple strudel, wine and digestif. All made fresh and served with joy.
Garsun is easy to miss as you drive up the road to Marebbe, especially at night, but if you drive slowly and watch the sides of the houses on the right, eventually you 'll see one with Garsun on the side. There 's no menu, just a four-course meal that 's very reasonably priced and typical of the area 's cooking: barley soup, cheese ravioli with poppy seeds, an incredible piece of pork knuckle on the bone, and a selection of pastries and grappa. Simple home cooking and nice people, too.
