The locati... read more The Belmare Hotel in Patresi also offers outsiders the opportunity to enjoy their wonderful terrace as a restaurant (I recommend booking in advance). The location is magnificent, with unparalleled sunsets and the table settings and service are top-notch, professional, and very friendly. Now for the menu, which truly surprised me with the quality of the ingredients and the culinary preparation. During all my visits, the quality has remained consistently high, with a special mention for the baked local fish. The appetizers and first courses are noteworthy, with an excellent balance between tradition and creative innovation. The wine list and desserts are good. But you'll certainly be surprised by the excellent value for money. Being passionate about cooking, having made it my profession for years, and having tried many restaurants on Elba, where I also live, I can safely say that for me this is the best restaurant on the island.

We were 4 nights in this hotel and had 4 dinners and 1 lunch here. Everything was delicious and interesting. The restaurant is open for non-hotel...guests too. The price of menu is reasonable and there is a beautiful view of Corsica from the terrace!
