We were asked abou... read more Today was my first and, unfortunately, last time here. There were two of us, and we each ordered a drink. The place was only about half full. We were asked about our drink order three times, and yet it still took a full 20 minutes to get a hot chocolate and a non-alcoholic cocktail. During that time, we weren't even asked if we needed anything else. The service was simply awful. And the hot chocolate was lukewarm at best.
