What Brad Beam doesn't like about Starbucks:
This place is trash. Racist people inside working and when you order something without ice it is only filled half way. And when I went in to tell them about my half full cup they all gave me attitude and mocked me and gave me dirty looks and never remade my order. Just added water and handed it back to me. I have always loved this Starbucks but it has been inconsistent for the last 6 mos or so (possibly longer). Most days I will head to Canal St or Vinnin Square now. It seems like they’re trying to stretch a dollar or something… Weak coffee and the cold foam doesn’t even make it home before turning in to watery suds. I wonder if anyone else has noticed? Hopefully they get it together.
Definitely one of the best Starbucks I've been to. The people here are always happy, and I've never had an issue with my drink! Love to come here and enjoy the cute shop/atmosphere
REALLY GREAT STARBUCKS HERE. HOT DRINKS, FRESH FOODS. ORDERS MADE AS REQUESTED, EVERYTIME. CROWDED AT TIMES. VERY, VERY CROWDED! BUT WONDERFUL, STILL!

Would be a 5 star except for one minor thing. First this place has a great staff, quick and courteous. Afternoons around 3 pm the kids get out of school and flood it, a lot of them. They take over for 30-60 minutes and loud, sometimes very loud. Trying to have a meeting or concentration on working can be a challenge.
