At the drive-thru, the attendant asked me three times if I wanted a roll or a biscuit, and I clearly repeated "biscuit" each time. However, they still included a roll in my order. When she asked about my side, I requested okra, but it wasn't included in my meal. The fish was extremely dry; only the middle part was actually edible. I paid $8.11 for this disappointing experience.

Additionally, there's a new and unusual 3% fee for credit card payments. Be prepared to spend between $50 to $70 on chicken that is lukewarm and lacking in flavor, served with a meager amount of heavily watered-down gravy that is far from adequate for family meals. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won't be returning.
