Always loved the chicken there and the crispy fries... last week i went there and saw a new sign above the entrance ..so no more pollo andaluz i ordered a half... read more Always loved the chicken there and the crispy fries... last week i went there and saw a new sign above the entrance ..so no more pollo andaluz i ordered a half chicken with fries from a very unfriendly and rude lady , a man cut the chicken pieces and handled it over with the fries than he had problems to give me my change back due calculation problems , the same happened with the customer next to me ... all ok so far but the most important : the chicken has nothing to do anymore with the juicy mouthwatering chicken from pollo andaluz... now its dry , chewy no spices and herbs on it .. the fries were soft and not crispy ... in combination with the unfriendly service a very bad experience hope and wait for a new owner hopefully next summer
