During... read more We booked the restaurant at 8:30 on a Thursday evening due to its positive rating. Unfortunately the venue lacked atmosphere as we were the only guests. During our stay only one other table arrived although left after drinks deciding not to order food. Maybe our expectations were too high, although we were thoroughly underwhelmed by the service. Our orders came thick and fast from disengaged staff that struggled with English (resorting to translation apps for simple items such as a wine list/menu). The food itself was good, if lacking in imagination. However, our usual aim to savour a dining experience over a couple of hrs was over in 45 minutes. This may have reflected the fact we were the only guests, although we had no time to draw breath from one dish to the next. In summary, we were baffled by the restaurants ranking when much stronger alternatives appear to be readily available.

Food was very high class and excellent value for money.. Will definitely return and recommend to friends

Hard review, the guys here are obviously talented, the food is beautifully presented and you can see the passion they have for food but there was something miss... read more Hard review, the guys here are obviously talented, the food is beautifully presented and you can see the passion they have for food but there was something missing, we found every dish similar in texture and taste and it was all a bit one note and bland, we left wishing we'd experienced something special desperate for a deep taste and a standout texture but unfortunately it was the opposite, felt like a lost opportunity and we found better tasting dishes elsewhere in Marbella.

Worth the trip.
