Amazing location, you are literally on the beach, the paella was good, the staff was kind and friendly. not super cheap. a jar of sangria was 18euro .
Delicious food and amazing view sitting a few metres from the waves. Less touristy and better prices than some other places. The paella was good but the chicken was a little dry and they could have cooked the rice longer. Overall a great experience.
Nice place with tasty food and friendly staff! Amazing paella and other seafood. Sangria also was great! Would like to come back again. Can highly recommend. After one year came back and paella is still definitely the best!
Everything was perfect! Delicious food, friendly, direct staff. Beautiful view of the sea. I recommend the restaurant to everyone. We have already returned once and will continue to do so in the future.

Sardines grilled were the best dish here, which isn’t much of a compliment since sardines are exactly the same at any restaurant given their amazing quality from this coast of Spain with nothing more to its preparation beyond salt and a grill. Prawn pil pil we were possibly spoiled by the amazing pil pil sauce we had at other restaurants before this, coz this one was quite bland Shrimp cakes way too oily and totally avoidable Chicken croquette tasted pretty good but no sign of chicken Sangria the pitcher version uses poor quality of wine and should be avoided. Go for the tin to verdano option
The people running this please are so nice and the food is very good! We come here several times when we are in Marbella!
It was soooo good!! Recommend to tourists. Food is good but may take some time to get your food. Has a lot of seafood but still has some other food. Plus has a good view. Very good service!!!
I love fish and I have learned that the nicest tasting fish is when it 's cooked on a wood fired barbecue and this restaurant does it to perfection and this is one of the reasons why we keep coming back to the area on holiday. There are half a dozen similar beachside restaurants all in a row and Basilio is the one in the middle. The service is excellent from a friendly bunch of people but it 's the food we come for. It was just a quick visit this year and I had a barbecued lubina (sea bass) which was delicious and was served with Spanish potatoes cooked in stock There is plenty on the menu for non fish lovers like my son and his lamb chops looked excellent. Only a quick visit to Spain this time but we will be back at least one more time before we go as I need to remind myself how nice their barbecued sardines are
It's February and only two out of the ten in a row or so chiringotos restaurants actually on the sand on the beach are open. A gentleman seller invites me to go to his restaurant and promises a free drink, which I do actually get as I've decided to accept. I've eaten from a number of these chiringitos over the years and they're all good. I understand why he has to sell as, to get to his chiringito, you have to pass about half a dozen others which would most likely be open any other time of the year. The restaurant well, tables situated on the beach was fairly busy for late lunchtime and it was no coincidence. The food was spectacular. The service friendly, attentive and swift. Waiters among them speak English Spanish French and German and they cater for large or small parties. I opted for a mixed salad starter with a bottle of mineral water followed by grilled sole (with vegetables and chips) which was a fresh catch and grilled to perfection the flesh succulent and sweet and I had a bottle of Verdejo to wash this down with. I had cheesecake for dessert, two coffees and a liqueur to finish. Amazingly, all this came to less than 53 euro! They also have a barbecue for meat dishes and they are generous with their portions. I think I'll be making a few more visits to this little establishment before the holiday is over.

We have gone to enjoy the food and the magnificent service of alvaro and his team for 3 days. we have eaten lubina, pargo, spits and gambones to the pansa, salads, triphasic and dancey's. all exquisite! We have enjoyed the sun loungers that come great to make the nap once you have loved the food! they have made us feel at home. excellent service, quality and price, for being in front of the sea. We have read about the look of the place and personally prefer a simple and good quality look, that the food and the service we have received in other restaurants of the area, that yes, with a look and design of last generation. The service is very good the food of this good and I recommend it to all others besides that it is by the sea
Spectacular chiringuito, well located, the service is very good and the very rich food, you can also ask for some rations so you can order much more variety. I will repeat in a short time.

Visited: Sunday 17 April 2022.Very friendly person.Location in front of the beautiful sea.Very good food, we order a pair of chanquets and a black rice, which came full of fish and seafood : affordable price, is not expensive. for the price of the food, the chiringuito is not very well decorated, but I recommend it 100 .
