Hotel with good green area and pool and very good buffet of both food, dinners or breakfasts. very expensive drinks, cans at 4 euros, coffees at almost 3 euros, etc...Old rooms, lack of rehabilitation in general. summary, the area is paid, as it is a very expensive hotel for what at the end offers.
