The Hoxton is a seaside restaurant that offers surfboard, SUP, and sea kayak rentals, along with a tea/coffee/cooking/balancing service. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that they offer six different types of vegan cakes and make their own nut milk for teas and coffee.
