We shared the black Snapper Tacos, coconut shrimps, stone crabs and plantains. The stone crabs and the tacos were fantastic. We also had tropical drinks that were delicious. We saw a manatee and some sharks at dinner. Very recommended! View all feedback.
We ordered the black snapper tacos, coconut shrimp, stone crabs, and plantains to share. The stone crabs and tacos were outstanding. We also enjoyed some delicious tropical drinks. During dinner, we spotted a manatee and a few sharks. Highly recommended!
For those in the mood for something more substantial, you can order larger dishes from the menu and bring them to the bar. I tried five stone crab claws for $20 and two orders of peel-and-eat shrimp for $6 each. Both were tasty, although the shrimp seemed a bit overcooked and lacked the firmness I usually enjoy in cold shrimp. The drink menu is extensive, featuring various Key-style cocktails like the Blueberry Breeze and Lime in the Coconut. I preferred something less sweet, so I opted for the margaritas, which were a solid classic. I enjoyed sipping them while taking in the lively atmosphere around the bar. Overall, it was a delightful evening.
Both of us ordered the highly praised lobster roll and a Reuben sandwich, served with fries. While it was quite good, I wouldn't say it was the best we've ever had. The lobster was plentiful, which was a refreshing change from most places where it’s scant. Our total bill for the two rolls was $55, plus tip, and we left feeling full and satisfied. We spent some time watching the birds flying around in hopes of receiving some food from us. We did give them a bit of our broth, but then heard an announcement advising against feeding the birds, so we stopped immediately. It didn’t dampen our spirits at all—it added to our fun! We sat in the main dining area with a dog-friendly atmosphere. There’s even a second story for an even nicer view. Overall, this was a delightful stop, and we would definitely return on our next drive. Plus, there are accessible parking spaces available, and the venue is wheelchair-friendly.
What can I say amazing seafood with a beautiful sunset, what could you ask for more? We have coconut yarns, fried shrimps, fish specialists (can not remember the catch) and my son got buffalo wings because he was temporarily over seafood. Although both shrimps were fried, you could say they were fresh. What a difference frozen! The fish was also really good. I was also surprised how good her buffalo sauce was. Finally we got the lime tip and that was in my Top 5, up there with Blue Heaven, Joe's Stone Crab and Fireman Derek's.
Wow!! My husband and I ordered the Tuna BLT and Lobster Ruben. We each ate a half. I preferred the Tuna and he preferred the Lobster but we loved both! Stopped at the full bar right after for a drink. Food was fast and delicious, if you?re in the area it?s worth stopping here.
