Irie Island Eats - Marathon

If you're in Marathon, this place is a must-visit. The staff is friendly, and the food and atmosphere are top-notch.

This restaurant is amazing. It offers everything you could want in the Florida Keys. The dishes are tropically inspired, highly creative, and extremely fresh twists on classic and innovative recipes. I would happily ride four hours on my Harley just to come back and dine here, and then ride four hours back wishing I could have more tomorrow.

I saw this restaurant featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives once, and made sure to visit during our next trip. I was not disappointed! We tried the pork and chicken bowls - one Irie and one Tropical. The flavor combinations were incredible and definitely worth it. You place your order at the food truck window and they call your name when it's ready. The seating is outdoors, but there is plenty of shade and fans to keep you comfortable.

Atmosphere is a unique experience. Food is super special and quite amazing. Didn’t had that kinda lunch for long time. Definitely a must see in the Key‘s. Vegetarian friendly as well.

Amazing!!!!Island bbq style food.. so good!We had several different menu items and they were all delicious! You can’t go wrong with any of them! Coconut rice, Havana Beef.. they even have a smoker on site! So good, highly recommend!Parking: Lots of parking spots directly in front of Irie.. the sign for the restaurant is hard to see. There is a large grass roof where the entrance is.
