Gisela Salazar is in the wrong position as a restaurant manager and needs to be removed from the Ritz Carlton name and she does not represent the brand at all. She was not helpful inresolving our issue and because of her ego had us escorted off the property when we were not causing any trouble and actuallyhaving a pleasant time with the bartenders and servers. Such a shame.

We ate at Ignite and the food was outstanding. Sharon greeted us at the door with a smile (every time) and our server Suede was extremelyattentive and professional. I can?t wait to come back. It took me about 20 minutes before we even got our avocado fries. The manager Gissella was very very rude to one of her employees and she had a very bad attitude. She seemed as though she enjoyed watching her employees struggle.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of sushi available in Arizona. We tried the hamachi, rainbow roll, and Dove Mountain roll. The only drawback was that it felt slightly overpriced, and the service was a bit slow since they only accept walk-ins on a first-come, first-served basis.
